Terms of service

Last updated 5 November 2026

In short

  • The free trial is 14 days and starts after you set up UPI Autopay or a card.
  • You can cancel any time in the app and keep access until the end of the trial or the period you paid for.
  • One plan: up to 3 TVs, 6 kids and 4 adults.

1. The service

EveryScreen is a parental-control service made by Orsuno, Bangalore, India. Parents use the web app to set screen-time rules for their children, and the EveryScreen app on the family TV applies them. By creating a family account you agree to these terms.

2. The plan

EveryScreen has one plan for TVs. It covers up to 3 TVs, 6 kids and 4 adults in one family. Monthly and yearly billing are both available; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Free trial

New families get a 14-day free trial. The trial starts once you have set up a payment mandate (UPI Autopay or a card), so that your plan can continue without a break if you stay. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken when it ends.

4. Founding families

Families who start a trial before 100 families have joined, or before 31 January 2027 (IST), whichever comes first, are founding families. A founding family can connect up to 20 devices at the TV plan price for as long as that subscription continues. This offer belongs to the subscription and cannot be transferred to another family or account.

5. Payment, tax and invoices

In India, prices include 18% GST. Invoices are issued by Orsuno (GSTIN 29AAVPW4742Q1ZA) and payments are processed by Razorpay.

Outside India, Paddle is the merchant of record. Paddle takes payment, adds the sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, issues the invoice and handles refunds under its own terms.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in the parent app, under Plan. During the free trial, cancelling means you are never charged. After that, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and the plan does not renew.

7. If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, we give you 7 days to fix it. During that time everything keeps working. After 7 days the parent app becomes read-only, so rules and kids can no longer be changed. Your TVs keep applying the last rules you set. Paying again restores full access.

8. Using EveryScreen

Use EveryScreen only for children you are the parent or guardian of, and only on TVs you own or are allowed to manage. Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change applies.
